We're rarely beaten in price, but in those odd occasions, we're swift to counter-attack with our 'we'll beat any quote' policy! Simply send us over your quote, and we'll aim to beat it.
'We'll Beat Any Quote' Policy - Terms & Conditions
1. You must obtain a printed confirmation of the competitor quote on headed paper or equivalent, complete with a product description, quantity, price including all charges (setup, delivery, etc.) and date of quote, clearly shown.
2. This quote needs to be presented to us within 7 days of when the quote was created by the competitor. This policy appliesto the initial quote only. We will not enter into an ongoing price negotiation process.
3. The quote must derive from a "standard price”; discounted quotes will not be valid.
4. Where we believe there to be an erroneous price displayed by a competitor or that the price offered is no longer available to buy, we have a 24-hour period to investigate the pricing. If at this point we prove the price to be invalid/incorrect/unavailable, the best Complete Merchandise Ltd price will be offered.
4.1. If Complete Merchandise is able to confirm that the quote is still available to buy as per the competitor price we will aim to beat it.
4.2. This policy is not available: on express orders; in conjunction with any other offers; excludes our "No Minimum" product range.
5. Beating any quote will be based on the total amount of the whole order.
