Introduction

This ordinary February dawn, three zealous but foolishly daring members of Complete Merchandise, have eagerly signed themselves up for a 2-month, ultra-intense boot camp to reach some very ambitious fitness goals, ironically, set by themselves! The challenge will begin from the beginning of February till the end of March.

Apart from, hopefully, entering April looking offensively more beautiful, the aim of this challenge is to offer you a bit of light entertainment, and to provide you with some great, applicable fitness knowledge along the way!

Don’t forget, throughout this challenge, we’ll be exposing a bunch of the most common and successful promotional fitness products used everyday by businesses to promote themselves, within the world of health and fitness. Take note!

This week saw Mikey storming forward, T has struggled to put more on, and Karen underwent serious calorie burn on the slopes, but major calorie intake at resort bistros and stays the same!

Bosu Ball is King. This week, Mikey and T have included 20 minutes of core and overall body busting exercises using the infamous Bosu Ball after every session, recommended by their personal trainers. Watch the video on the right to draw some serious inspiration!

 

A Snowboarder’s Edge. Karen has spent an entire week racing, swerving and most certainly tumbling down the snow-enveloped slopes of Andorra. But beforehand, she has been intensely gearing up her body, ready for snowboarding action! Watch and follow the video she used to strengthen and fortify her core and lower body!

Week-3

Mikey’s meticulous combination of consuming 3400 calories and implementing compound exercises into his routine, has helped him gain 2 pounds! T feels miserable as he hasn’t moved from his 2 beans since the first week. Karen has had a stormy 2 weeks, after gaining a whopping 8 pounds during and after her holiday, she has come back and lost a monumental 7 pounds in one week! Leaving her with 1 bean.

Highly recommended by her personal trainer, and from Mikey’s recollection – an extremely frequent exercise suggested by professionals – this ultra-intense bicep exercise is fantastic for building strength and toning the biceps. For the ladies who want to tone or lose those bingo-wings, this is the trick – but use a medium weight. Cheat Meals Are Good. We arrive gloriously at the challenge’s midway weigh-in! And to the relief of each contestant, the results are nothing short of excellent! Mikey only has 2 more beans left until he begins to exceed his goal. T performs much better this week after his non-moving efforts of the previous one. Karen dwells in a more complex situation, she weighs the same but has lost 10cm from all across her body! She has been focusing hard on muscle-toning exercises – and looks better than ever.
