Whilst we try our best to obtain free samples for our clients, they are sometimes chargeable (this is because we are charged by our factories). The reason why we pass on this cost is so that we can continue to offer competitive pricing on the bulk orders. However, should you order a sample and then proceed to order, we will refund you the sample charge which will include any post and packaging costs (up to a value of £15.00).
