What are samples?

Physical samples allow you to evaluate the product in much more detail. With the product in your hands, you can assess the dimensions, colours, quality, functionality, fitting and features more accurately. This will help you to determine whether the product is right before you commit to branding on it.

Whilst we try our best to obtain free samples for our clients, they are sometimes chargeable (this is because we are charged by our factories). The reason why we pass on this cost is so that we can continue to offer competitive pricing on the bulk orders. 

However, should you order a sample and then proceed to order, we will deduct the sample charge, which will include any post and packaging costs (up to a value of £15.00), from your order total.

Call 01420 478866 or send an email to to info@completemerchandise.co.uk and provide us with the following pieces of information:

  • 1. Product name or code
  • 2. Product colour
  • 3. Contact name
  • 4. Business details (optional)
  • 5. Delivery address
  • 6. Telephone number

Sample Terms & Conditions

  1. All samples are non-returnable.
  2. Samples are subject to stock availability.
  3. Samples may take up to three working days to arrive once dispatched.
  4. Some samples may already be branded from previous print jobs.
  5. For chargeable samples, proforma payment is required before dispatch.
  6. If you proceed with an order, the sample charge will be deducted, up to a maximum value of £15.00.
